These courses provide you the opportunity to explore career pathways and better understand what career you may want to train in after high school, as well these courses prepare you for the expectations of your first year training in a career.

Winter 2024 Courses

• ACT 1012- Accounting Principles 2
• AHT 1140- Veterinary Practice: The Team Connection
• ATG 1007- Agriculture Electronics and Control Systems
• HAT 1255- Accommodation Management
• EVS 1210- Applied Ecology
• HRT 1500- Managing Landscapes
• SPM 1020- Training for Performance

Students are enrolled in both a post-secondary institution and their high school concurrently.  Students earn credits towards both a high school diploma and post-secondary degree or diploma.  

These courses are asynchronous, which means there is no set time in your week when you have to be scheduled into the class. These classes are flexible to fit where it works best for you! With this flexible schedule comes great responsibility as a learner to carefully plan out each week’s learning and follow your plan.

Dual Credit opportunities are not always a ‘right fit’ for a student. This is especially true of online courses.  Students need to have a strong work ethic to complete assignments and assessments to the best of their ability and on time.
